A “Rushed Order” is an order that requires completion and delivery within a shorter/specific timeframe. They are only accepted by SB Design Studio in cases of emergency where a client has limited time due to unforeseen circumstances to get their invitations/other items out for a specific time-frame. The Designer reserves all rights in choosing whether accept or decline a “rushed order” based on internal operations.
Time Frame
Rushed Orders are estimated to be completed within a 2.5 to 3 week time-frame [Business Days Only] from the date “Final confirmation to Press” is received from the client.
However, there are other conditions that can contribute to determining the time-line for a Rushed Order
These conditions are;
( Your order will only be confirmed and processed when your payment clears.)
(Please provide all details at the time of placing a rushed order such as names, locations, time or other text details to be included on the the invitation as well as any design preferences or preferred concept/inspiration pictures of your decor of style for the event.)

Digital Proofs and Confirmations
A digital proof will be provided for your review. Approval is required within [24 hours] of receiving the digital proof to avoid delays.
Any changes requested after the initial proof approval can happen within the next 24 hours of receipt.
Clients are only allowed (3) three rounds of proof approvals.
Delays caused by Clients
It is your duty as the Client to send ALL information needed by the Designer for the design process within twenty-four (24) hours of placing your order and provide all confirmations and feedback to the Designer in a timely manner in order to avoid delays. Any delays in sending confirmations, feedback on design or payment to the Designer will result in your order running late and SB (Samantha Bertie's) Design Studio will not be held responsible or obligated to provide any refund for any rushed fees charged.
The Designer will works swiftly complete ALL design mockups for the order and present it to the Client in a timely manner once all information and feedback is received from The Client.
Availability
Rushed orders are subjected to availability and cannot always be accommodated. During our busy seasons, rushed orders are more difficult to accommodate due to the amounts of orders being processed at the time and it isn’t always guaranteed to be accepted by The Designer. Placing your order at the right time will eliminate the stress of not having your order accepted or having to pay rushed fees.

Rush Fee Calculation:
Rushed Fees is calculated as a percentage off your order quantity to be added to your invoice.
This fee covers the additional resources and expedited processing required to finish your order within the deadline.
For quantities over 200, the Designer will determine if it can be accepted and issue a Rushed Fee Quotation.
Delivery Timeframe
For physical invitations, the estimated delivery time will be 2.5 to 3 Weeks from the date of final approval.
Changes
Changes to a rushed order may affect the delivery timeframe and could incur additional charges.

Liability
SB [Samantha Bertie's] Design Studio will not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, courier/shipping issues, or other external factors beyond our control.
