Refund Policy

At SB [Samantha Bertie's] Design Studio we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service as all invitations are custom-made, please review our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are granted.


1. Cancellations

  • Before Design Work Begins: If you decide to cancel your order before any design work has started, you may request a full refund of your deposit. Please notify us in writing via email as soon as possible.

Refunds are to be processed within seven (7) working days.

  • After Design Work Begins: If you cancel your order after design work has begun, The Designer reserves the right to deduct a $500.00TT Design Fee for design work completed up to the point of cancellation.


2. Design Revisions

  • Final Confirmation of Design Proofs: Once the final design proof has been confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued as orders are customised to every client’s requirements and cannot be resold if an order is cancelled. It is crucial to review all proofs thoroughly before giving final approval.
  • Errors and Omissions: If there is an error or omission in the final printed invitations made due to our fault we will try our best to have the order rectified once the client’s time-line permits however if the client’s time-line does not allow for it to be re-printed SB [Samantha Bertie’s] Design Studio will not be held responsible for errors or omissions that were approved by the client in the final design proof, therefore it is crucial that all details are thoroughly reviewed and confirmed by the Client before sending final their final approval.


4. Defective or Incorrect Orders

  • Quality Issues: If you receive invitations that are defective or incorrect (e.g., printing errors, damaged items), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review the issue and either replace the defective items or issue a refund, depending on the severity of the issue. The Designer reserves the right to properly examine the issue to determine if a refund or replacement should be issued.


5. Digital Invitations 

  • Digital Designs: Refunds are not available for digital design orders once they have been sent to you. If there are issues with the digital file itself, we will work to resolve them promptly.


6. Shipping and Handling

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

In cases where we provide a replacement for defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of shipping.  


7. Policy Changes

SB [Samantha Bertie’s] Design Studio reserves all rights to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the date of the update shown on the policy.
